This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information (“Personal Information”) online and offline in connection with our Services. Use of the Services is governed by our Terms of Use.
We collect the following categories of Personal Information for the business/commercial purposes below and share/disclose as stated. We do not sell Personal Information for money. Certain ad/analytics uses may be deemed a “sale” or “sharing” under state laws; opt-outs are honored (see Section 7).

Retention. We retain Personal Information as needed for the purposes above, legal/tax requirements, dispute resolution, and security; then delete or de-identify.
Financial Incentives. If we offer a discount, reward, or benefit in exchange for your personal information (e.g., email/SMS signup), we will present the material terms at the point of offer, including how to opt in and how to withdraw at any time. We reasonably value the data based on the good-faith estimate of the benefit to LYVZ (e.g., anticipated revenue from marketing) and the cost of the incentive. Participation is voluntary and you may opt out without losing any non-promotional service features.

response). No system is perfectly secure. We retain data for the periods noted above and delete or de-identify thereafter.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. Parents may contact hello@lyvzenergy.com to request deletion.
We process data in the United States. By using the Services from abroad, you consent to U.S. processing and acknowledge local laws may differ.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, notified/consented. Continued use = acceptance.
